All prices exclude VAT. Twin-fan and VRV/VRF units are priced as a deep clean; for a standard service on these, we’ll quote on request. Larger sites and commercial planned maintenance (PPM) contracts are priced after a free survey.

Servicing prices
Standard services start at £65 + VAT for an indoor unit, £95 for a cassette and £125 for an outdoor unit. A full strip-down deep clean is £175 indoor, £250 cassette, £220 outdoor, £250 twin-fan outdoor and £350 for VRV/VRF. Use the calculator above for an instant total and send it straight to us to book.
What a service includes
- Indoor and outdoor unit cleaning, including filters and coils
- Drain and condensate checks
- Refrigerant pressure and electrical checks
- Performance test and written report
- F-Gas leak checks where required
Why it matters
Dirty filters and coils reduce efficiency and air quality. A yearly service prevents faults, extends equipment life and is often a condition of manufacturer warranties.
Maintenance contracts
Commercial customers can have planned maintenance visits scheduled for them, with records kept for compliance. Call 0121 798 1861.

How often should air conditioning be serviced?
At least once a year for homes, and typically twice a year for heavily used commercial systems.
Do you service other brands?
Yes. We service most major air conditioning brands.
What is an F-Gas leak check?
Systems above certain refrigerant quantities legally need periodic leak checks by a qualified engineer, with records kept. We are REFCOM registered and carry these out.
How much does a service cost?
