Commercial ventilation systems

Good ventilation protects health, productivity and the building itself. We design and install supply, extract and heat recovery ventilation for commercial premises.
What we install
- Supply and extract ventilation for offices, shops and workshops
- Heat recovery ventilation and commercial MVHR
- Toilet, changing room and plant room extraction
- Fresh-air supply for air-conditioned spaces
- Controls, sensors and balancing
Why it matters
Without adequate fresh air, buildings suffer from stale air, odours, condensation and mould. In occupied spaces it also affects concentration and wellbeing. Properly designed ventilation keeps CO₂ and humidity under control while minimising energy use.
Design and commissioning
We calculate airflow from occupancy and use, select equipment, design duct routes and attenuation, then install, balance and commission the system, recording results for handover.

FAQ
Common questions
Do I need ventilation as well as air conditioning?
Usually yes. Air conditioning recirculates room air to heat and cool. It does not bring in fresh air, so most buildings need a separate ventilation strategy.
What is the difference between ventilation and MVHR?
MVHR is a type of ventilation that recovers heat from the extracted air. Simple extract systems remove air without recovery.
Can you ventilate a kitchen?
Yes. See our catering and kitchen ventilation service.
Do you maintain ventilation systems?
Yes. Filters, fans and controls need regular servicing and we offer planned maintenance.
